Proprietary process

Our technological approach is embodied in a process that is unique to Xpressdocs. We have developed a patented proprietary process that allows us to achieve incredible efficiencies in time and automation. The process encompasses everything from the customer's Xpressdocs storefront, to the custom design process, to printing, to presorting and sending their orders.

Advanced presses

All Xpressdocs orders are printed on one of our several HP Indigo presses. Our presses are the fastest and most productive and efficient 7-color production presses in the industry. The presses include digital front-end features and enhanced workflow tools for stream-lined, high-speed printing. HP Indigo presses feature a remote user interface that enables Xpressdocs' shop managers to easily manipulate print jobs and increase press productivity.

These machines do it all in one digital process: put in raw paper on one end, and the press prints the products, applies UV coating, slits and trims, and delivers a neatly stacked product ready to head out the door.

Automated shipping

Once printed, our automated mailing and shipping process has the order ready for direct mail or drop shipping within minutes.
